• Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
• Clinic hours 7:30am-4:30pm, procedure days 7am-4pm
• Must commit to 3 weeks per month with 2 weeks of call
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
