• 100% outpatient family practice
• 40-hour work week with flexible administrative time
• 32 patient-facing hours and 8 administrative hours
• 33 days accrued PTO plus 8 paid holidays plus 5 CME days
• FQHC with loan repayment opportunities
• 15 - 18 patients per day
• Board-certified with minimum 1 - 2 years experience required
