About the Position

A modern outpatient primary care clinic in beautiful Salem, New Hampshire is seeking two Locum Family Medicine Physicians to help support growing patient demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team in a state-of-the-art facility located in the highly desirable Tuscan Village area.

Providers who can hit the ground running in a collaborative outpatient environment are encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights

• Specialty: Family Medicine
• Location: Salem, NH
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic Only
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• EMR: EPIC
• Patient Volume: Approximately 16 patients per day
• Appointment Length: Every 30 minutes

Clinical Details

• Bread-and-butter Family Medicine
• Patient population includes pediatrics through adults
• No inpatient responsibilities
• No procedures beyond standard outpatient primary care

The clinic opened approximately three years ago and features a modern, state-of-the-art design in the rapidly growing Tuscan Village market area, surrounded by shopping, dining, hotels, and entertainment.

Requirements

Team & Support

• 6 Physicians
• 5 Advanced Practice Providers
• Strong collaborative support structure
• Current providers are at capacity, creating an immediate need for additional coverage

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine candidates accepted if comfortable seeing all ages
• Active New Hampshire License required
• BLS certification required
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90+ days
• Facility is actively working to expedite onboarding due to outpatient-only setting and lack of privileges required
