Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $3,120.00
• Pay package discussion: Orientation hours at 50% of standard rate; flat rate daily for rounding and call; overtime over 40 hours/week at standard rate; holiday pay at 1.25x.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 14 beds
• Rounding and attending to neonatal patients during scheduled shifts
• Collaborate with OB staff and multidisciplinary team, including MFM support
• Manage patient assessments and interventions for critically ill neonates
• Document clinical findings and communicate with family and care team
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and neonatal care standards

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified Neonatologist
• Valid South Carolina medical license or eligible for licensure
• Experience working in a Level III NICU

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar NICU setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
