Clinical & Program Details Approximately 33,000 annual ED visits 38 hours/day MD/DO coverage 18 hours/day NP/PA coverage Mix of days, nights, and weekends available Moderate-to-high acuity Emergency Department Team-based care model with strong operational support Stable staffing model designed for efficiency and provider support Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine MD or DO from an accredited medical school MD/DO - Education/Training Requirements Completed EM residency MD/DO - License Requirements Active unrestricted IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA w/ IN address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 MD/DO - Board Cert+N2ification Requirements Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine through ABMS/AOA MD/DO - Merit Badge Requirements BE in EM - ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required BC in EM - must maintain ACLS, BLS, PALS and show proof of having ATLS at least once MD/DO - Immunization Requirements Flu (within current flu season |TB (past 12 months) or Chest X-Ray with positive TB Vaccinations, COVID MD/DO - Case Log Requirements Documentation of case logs for past 2 years. MD/DO - CME/CEU Requirements Completed CME Attestation Form during application process MD/DO - Facility Procedure Requirements Moderate Sedation MD/DO - Malpractice Coverage Requirements Malpractice coverage through Coverys ($500K/$1.5M), Indiana Patient's Compensation Fund (IPCF) enrollment, 10-year claims history
