Vascular Surgery | Established Program | Western Pennsylvania

A well-established health system in Western Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Vascular Surgeon to join a growing surgical service line with strong referral volume, excellent APP support, and immediate practice growth potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon seeking autonomy, a collaborative environment, and the ability to build a busy practice while remaining connected to major tertiary resources in Pittsburgh.

Position Highlights

• Established vascular surgery program with strong community demand
• Single hospital coverage
• Current schedule includes OR, clinic, and vascular lab time
• Existing referral network designed to keep patients within the system
• APP support assists with call coverage
• Strong relationships with Pittsburgh tertiary care centers

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred (New Grads encouraged to apply)
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Strong clinical and surgical judgment
• Team-oriented physician interested in long-term program growth
• Clean malpractice history strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $575,000-$625,000 base salary +RVU productivity bonus structure
• 10% sign-on bonus
