About the Position

🩺✨ CRNA Locums Opportunity | Boston, MA 🌆

We are seeking CRNAs for ongoing coverage beginning July through September, with potential for extension. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly specialized surgical teams in a collaborative academic environment focused on ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck procedures. 🏥👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️

Providers will work with some of the most complex ENT and ophthalmology patients in the country while being supported by a respected and team-oriented perioperative staff. 🤝✨

📌 Position Highlights:
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Shift time: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ⏰
• No weekends 🚫📅
• Seeking providers available for 4+ shifts per week preferred
• Open to providers who can commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week
• Assignment coverage: July–September and ongoing 📆
• Limited summer vacation availability (maximum one week) ☀️
• Open to experienced CRNAs and new graduates 🎓🩺

• Ophthalmology procedures 👁️
• Head & neck surgeries
• High-acuity airway management 🌬️
• Complex anatomy and skull base procedures

📋 Responsibilities:
• Provide general and regional anesthesia services
• Perform continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under physician direction
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
• Manage difficult airways and specialized patient populations with confidence

✅ Requirements:
• Active Massachusetts CRNA license required for consideration 📍
• ACLS, BLS & PALS
