DATES OPEN: Starting 5/28 7a - ongoing for at least 2 months After 2 months will need sporadic coverageAdditional Details: Reason for need: provider had a medical emergency and could not coverFull-service acute care hospitalPractice Caseload: Adult 100 Hospital 100 Physicians in practice: 1 Mid-levels: 2 Onsite lab and x-rayDocumentation System: EPIC Total number of beds: 250 ICU beds: 60Required procedures: General CV/Thoracic/Vascular SurgeriesCoronary artery bypass surgeryCongential defectsValvular repair/replacementsAneurysm repairLung resection including VATsChest wall/pleural proceduresEsophagus/diaphragm surgeriesEndarterectomy Carotid amp RenalVentilation managementBronchoscopyEvaluation amp management of acute vol/BP issues Travel Reimbursement bookings must be standard/economyLodging must be within 150/nightAnything else that exceeds this must be approved by the facility
