What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
• Oversee and develop a growing reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
• Deliver expert outpatient reproductive endocrine care and perform advanced fertility treatments
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical standards are met
• Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and collaborate across departments
• Contribute to strategic planning and expansion of reproductive medicine services
• Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative duties
• Participate in call coverage and weekend rotations as required
• Maintain compliance with institutional, state, and national care standards

What You Need

• Valid Michigan medical license; full and unrestricted license preferred
• Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (must be current)
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in REI
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to manage a busy outpatient fertility program confidently
