• Wednesday/Friday first week, Friday/Saturday second week, 9am-6pm
• Saturday shifts 9am-3pm
• 30 patients per day
• Scheduled visits only -- both well and sick appointments
• High Spanish-speaking patient population
• 10-minute sick visits, 15-minute well visits
• Locums to permanent option preferred
• BLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
