• 7 days on/7 days off schedule
• 8am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
• 10-12 inpatient patients per day
• New adolescent unit opening
• Inpatient plus consults for ED and med surg
• Midlevel takes primary call with psychiatrist backup
• Adolescent ages 12-17
• Ongoing coverage until permanent found
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
