• Flex block schedule 7 on 7 off averaging 13.3 shifts per month
• Day shifts 7 am - 7 pm with work-life balance focus
• Join 3 full-time hospitalists in well-established program
• 8 - 15 patients per provider per shift
• Open ICU with support and no procedures required
• Competitive base salary from $300k, incentives, and a full hospital benefits package
• Open to IM or FM physicians with current hospitalist experience
• Southern Wisconsin community is 30 minutes from Madison and 60 minutes from Milwaukee
