You're stepping into an established outpatient clinic with immediate patient demand and the support to build a long-term panel without starting from scratch. This is a Family Medicine opportunity designed for physicians who value continuity care, predictable hours, and a team-first environment. Practice Overview

• You'll join an outpatient primary care clinic backed by a respected community hospital network and established referral streams
• Team support includes experienced APP's
• Broad-spectrum primary care: wellness, chronic disease management, acute visits, and continuity care
• Clinic infrastructure is well established (multiple exam/triage rooms) with EMR AI support

Schedule

• 4.5-day workweek with flexibility (option to structure as 4x10s)
• Typical clinic hours are 8:00am-4:30pm with a dedicated lunch break
• Volume is approximately 15-25 patients/day
• No call and no after-hours responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Income potential in the $280K+ range with established patient demand and productivity-based incentives
• Base salary plus RVU production model - 12-month guarantee
• Quality bonus up to $24,000 annually
• Sign-on and relocation assistance available
• 20 days PTO, 5 CME days + $5,000 CME, malpractice with tail, health/dental/medical, and retirement plan (401A with employer contribution)
