• Duration: Ongoing, with initial coverage of 3 days/month
• Shift: 24-hour call on Fridays starting at 7:00 AM, ending Monday at 7:00 AM (may increase later)
• Hours/week: Variable, based on call schedule
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Texas; board certification in OB/GYN preferred
• Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide obstetric and gynecological care within the facility during scheduled shifts
• Manage patient encounters, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Handle 24-hour on-call duties and respond to urgent needs promptly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Document clinical activities accurately in health records
• Adhere to hospital and regulatory protocols for patient safety and privacy

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Texas
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently during assigned on-call periods
