Pay & Benefits

• Annual Salary Range: $235,000 – $265,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide full-spectrum primary care services to adult and family medicine patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Conduct wellness exams, routine follow-ups, and preventive care
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists
• Maintain detailed electronic health records using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Support quality improvement initiatives and uphold organizational standards
• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

What You Need

• Active medical license in Michigan or eligibility
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 2026 or 2027 graduates accepted
• Commitment to outpatient practice only; no locum or long-distance commuting
• H1B visa holders considered; J1 not accepted
