What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional nursing care for diverse patient populations in ER, Med/Surg, PCU, and float settings
  • Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
  • Administer medications accurately following the six rights of medication safety
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop, revise, and evaluate care plans
  • Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions and emergencies
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, diagnoses, and health promotion
  • Assist physicians with procedures and treatments requiring manual and technical skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Adapt to a small, rural facility environment, demonstrating independence and resourcefulness

What You Need

  • Required:
    • Valid RN license in New Hampshire
    • BLS certification
    • Prior ER/Med/Surg or PCU experience
    • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
  • Preferred:
    • ACLS and PALS certifications
    • Experience working independently in rural or small healthcare settings
