All Star is looking for a CRNA for locums coverage in Upstate New York 

• NY license
• Primarily at ASC
• Spot Coverage in March and April
• Monday - Friday; 8-hour shifts 
  • 7am - 3:30 pm
• No call 
• Cases are mostly Eyes, Ortho, and Endo
