• Pager call 7am - 7am
• 10 deliveries per month
• Hospital setting
• Deliveries, c-sections, ER gyn coverage required
• Large block coverage needed -- 7+ days per month
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
