• Monday through Friday 40 hours maximum
• Clinic 7:30am-4:30pm, procedures 7am-4pm
• 1:3 call rotation schedule
• Clinic and surgery days required
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Minimum 6-12 months commitment
• Option to extend up to 5 years total
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
