About the Position

We have an exciting locums Position for an experienced CRNA in Pittsburgh. Local providers are  eligible, and the team is actively reviewing qualified candidates for full-time coverage.

This is a high-acuity, supervision-model position with a strong OB focus on night shifts.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

🏥 Position Overview:

• Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia

• Anesthesia Model: Supervision

• Supervision Ratio: 1:3 (MD support 1:3)

• EMR: EPIC

• Total Beds: 289

• ORs: 12 ORs + 8 offsite locations + 2 OB

📅 Schedule:

• Full-time coverage

• Start ASAP (pending credentialing)

• Shift options:

  • 12-hour shifts

  • 16-hour shifts

  • 24-hour night shifts

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

• No call required

• Must be flexible to work weekly schedule at client’s discretion

• Minimum commitment: 2 days per week OR 2 weeks per month

🩺 Case Mix:

Night shifts are primarily OB, with a small mix of:

• General

• Orthopedics

• ENT

• Neuro

• Urology

• GI

• OB

⚠️ Candidates must be comfortable handling all listed case types independently within a supervision model.

📋 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years CRNA experience – REQUIRED

• Active Pennsylvania License – REQUIRED (licensing candidates considered with strong long-term availability)

• ACLS & BLS – REQUIRED

• PA Child Abuse Clearance required for licensure

• Ability to credential within 6–8 weeks (temps available)
