One of our Partners in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for ongoing NICU locums coverage at a major inpatient facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide NICU inpatient coverage
• Manage critically ill neonatal patients
• Perform daily rounding and patient management
• Collaborate with neonatal teams and hospital staff
• Participate in resident supervision and teaching
• Complete documentation within Cerner EMR
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and neonatal stabilization
