What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU setting
• Deliver 24/7 in-house neonatal nurse practitioner coverage on a rotational basis
• Manage an average of 19 NICU patients daily, supporting approximately 2,700 deliveries annually
• Conduct neonatal rounds and manage patient care from admission through discharge
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on your clinical competencies
• Work closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary team members
• Exercise autonomous clinical judgment for critically ill neonates
• Collaborate with neonatal transport and subspecialty teams
• Engage in educational opportunities, including student rotations and professional development
• Focus on delivering evidence-based neonatal care that promotes safety and positive outcomes
