What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert neonatology care in a Level-III NICU with 10 beds and approximately 1,000 annual births
  • Deliver care for newborns in a 20-bed neonatal unit, working alongside Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
  • Perform daily rounds, assess critically ill and premature infants, and develop care plans
  • Support admissions, stabilize newborns, and manage ongoing treatment
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in home-based call coverage rotation for NICU responsibilities
  • Contribute to evidence-based neonatal practices in a state-of-the-art facility
  • Maintain residency within the local area; relocation may be required

What You Need:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
  • Valid medical license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
