What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert neonatology care in a Level-III NICU with 10 beds and approximately 1,000 annual births
- Deliver care for newborns in a 20-bed neonatal unit, working alongside Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
- Perform daily rounds, assess critically ill and premature infants, and develop care plans
- Support admissions, stabilize newborns, and manage ongoing treatment
- Collaborate with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in home-based call coverage rotation for NICU responsibilities
- Contribute to evidence-based neonatal practices in a state-of-the-art facility
- Maintain residency within the local area; relocation may be required
What You Need:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Valid medical license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
