What You’ll Do

• Provide neonatal care across Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries in multiple hospitals
• Attend deliveries, no transport responsibilities required
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of neonatal care aligned with facility protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• Neonatal or Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) experience
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal patient management
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:

• Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• Previous experience in Level II NICU settings
