What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
  • Collaborate with a team of 9 neonatologists and 8 full-time NNPs
  • Manage critically ill or premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered initiatives
  • Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
  • Contribute to professional development and ongoing education
  • Help facilitate a supportive, mentorship-focused work environment

What You Need

Required:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
  • Neonatal Certification (recommended, but new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Experience in neonatal or critical care settings preferred but not required

Preferred:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and compassionate care skills
