Sept shifts are evenings and nights 3p-12a 10p-7a Oct- December nights 7p-7a Work Details: • Practice Setting: Needing an Emergency Medicine attending locum to help staff the ED. Critical Access Hospital with 14 peds volume and limited onsite specaility support. Experince in a community setting particularly rural or critcal access environments would be helpful. Seeing about 2.5 to 3 patients per hour. • EMR/Charting Software: Epic • Avg. Daily Census: 20-24 patients per day on average • Beds: 25 beds • Patient Age Group: all Requirements: • Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC in Emergency Medicine required – no Internal Medicine no Family Practice • State Licenses: MA • Certifications: ACLS • CSR Req’d: No • DEA Req’d?: Yes MA • Years of Experience Req’d: 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 3 to 4 months Willing To License?: no Travel: ideally drive in. Hospital has housing and will pay for ferry. 65 per day rental car cap. Open to flights. Name Clear: name and npi # **OT/CB rate is same as regular rate holiday is 1.4x.
