- 24-hour shifts, 7 shifts per month
- 10-15 patients per shift
- Level 3 NICU
- Intubation, central lines, chest tubes, lumbar puncture required
- 1,800 births annually with delivery room support
- 250-300 admissions annually
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
