• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with guaranteed 8 hours per day
• Patient panel of 15 - 23 acute inpatient rehab patients
• Acute inpatient rehabilitation facility
• Hospitalist collaboration model with physician team support
• Consulting capacity with hospitalist attending physicians
• Patients seen minimum 3 times per week per CMS regulations
• BLS certification and medical management skills required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
