• Monday - Sunday 8 am - 5 pm with 24-hour call shifts
• 13 - 14 patients per shift in inpatient setting
• Call coverage with 15-minute response time required
• ERCP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures required
• Upper and lower GI endoscopy with various interventions
• Endoscopic ultrasound and liver biopsy procedures
• 1:3 call ratio for coverage responsibilities
• Esophageal dilatation and manometry interpretation
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
