Requirements URGENT DATES: June 4th 7am to June 11th 7PM June 15th 7am to June 22nd 7am June 29th 7am to June July 9th 7PM Looking for 1 or 2 providers to work in clinic 3 to 4 days per week. Clinic hours are 7:30 to 4:30 with patients starting to be seen at 8am. The need is for GYN and OB. The candidate will need to provide Prenatal are. • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding. • Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing • Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes. Please refer to contract terms. All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor and must be satisfied to proceed with any assignment.
