About the Position

Medical Director – Hospital Medicine

• Full-time leadership opportunity overseeing Hospital Medicine program
• Monday–Friday schedule | No call | No weekends
• 40–50 hours/week | Epic EMR
• Base salary: $325K–$350K + $25K sign-on bonus
• Full benefits package + PSLF eligible employer

Requirements

• BC/BE in IM or FM
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience required
• Acute care leadership experience preferred
• NY license or willingness to obtain
• Clean malpractice/license history
• No visa candidates, locums, or new graduates
