Requirements Expected start date: ASAP – We are requiring Washington license at time of present in order to potentially fast track urgent etc. depending on the start date we agree upon Provider Type – MD/DO or APC: APC – Nurse Midwife Specialty: OBGYN Expected duration of assignment: 6 months Reason for opening: Gap in coverage Type of privileges clinic/hospital/both: Both Setting: Inpatient Outpatient or Both? Both If Inpatient # of beds: 10 labor beds and 14 postpartum beds Rounding admissions or none? Both Patient demographics: Adults Average patients per day: Average number of deliveries per 24 hours is 1-2 and then average patients in the clinic is 1-2 Required Procedures: Vaginal delivery C-section assist managing any laboring patients induction of labor's triaging patients that may come into LD FSE placement IUPC placement vaginal laceration repair for grade 1 2 perineal lacerations. Required clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of obstetrics and/or gynecology services as applicable representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months Will provider work solo? If not other providers specialties working with them: Yes Licensed Candidate: Yes Washington license is required to be in hand at time of present. Required certifications Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable: Certified Nurse Midwife BLS. EMR: EPIC Shift Info: Day 3x24-Hour 07:00 - 07:00
