• Compensation: $ 433,000 income guarantee with a $150,000 retention incentive - not taxed until employment begins. If the physician completes the term, nothing is owed. Strong package for a lower-volume, community-based OB/GYN role with regional-hub stability and no state income tax to increase take-home value.
