Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in Sacramento, CA

Step into a flexible hybrid role that blends outpatient care with telemedicine while offering consistency, variety, and true work-life balance. This premier opportunity is ideal for an experienced NP or PA who enjoys both in-person patient interaction and remote care delivery. You will play a key role in expanding access to primary care across a growing network in the Sacramento, California region through a mix of clinic coverage and telehealth support.


Practice Overview

  • Hybrid position with approximately 50% float coverage across outpatient clinics and 50% telemedicine
  • Collaborate with board-certified physicians and experienced APPs in team-based care environments
  • Outpatient-only role with no inpatient responsibilities or call requirements
  • Provide full-scope primary care, including minor procedures such as cryotherapy and I&D during clinic assignments

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with no nights or weekends
  • Structured, multi-month clinic rotations allow continuity with patients and care teams
  • Balanced hybrid model offers both onsite collaboration and remote flexibility
  • Target patient volume of approximately 3 patients per hour after ramp-up

Compensation & Benefits

  • Employed position with salary based on experience and training
  • 4 weeks PTO, 6 sick days, and 10 paid holidays annually

Candidate Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a community health or primary care setting
  • Comfortable managing acute and chronic conditions independently in both clinic and telehealth settings
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering patient-centered care
