About the Position

We're seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice serving a diverse patient population. This is a mission-driven FQHC setting where providers see about 15-20 patients per day with strong clinical support and a collaborative team environment. The role requires at least 2 years of primary care experience, and ideal candidates are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting focused on access and continuity of care. Located in a growing metro area with strong healthcare demand and a great mix of city living and nearby outdoor access, this opportunity offers both professional growth and lifestyle balance. The schedule includes extended weekday hours with shared evening and limited weekend coverage, along with rotating call responsibilities.
