About the Position

We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full‑time locum tenens assignment providing anesthesia coverage in a non‑trauma hospital setting. This opportunity is designed to backfill full‑time staff needs and is expected to extend beyond the initial 90‑day assignment.

The role requires flexibility in work location and scheduling, including potential cross‑credentialing within a 60‑mile radius, depending on departmental needs and provider skill set.

Schedule Details:

• Full‑time coverage required (3–4 weeks per month; no exceptions)
• Flexible shift models:
  • 5 x 8‑hour shifts, or
  • 4 x 10‑hour shifts
• Day shifts only
• No call responsibilities

CRNAs must be comfortable working independently as a sole CRNA when required and adapting to varying anesthesia workflows. Candidates must meet all scheduling and flexibility requirements.

Requirements

Current CRNA certification
Active South Carolina CRNA license (required)
Ability to work independently as a sole CRNA
Willingness to cross‑credential and float within a 60‑mile radius
Ability to commit to full‑time coverage (3–4 weeks per month)
Flexibility to support both 5x8 and 4x10 schedules
Epic EMR experience preferred
No trauma experience required
Academic medical center experience not required
