• Concierge primary care model with membership-based practice
• Start part-time with 2 - 3 days per week to build patient panel
• Full-time schedule of 3.5 - 4 days per week when established
• Low patient volume with 6 - 7 patients per day
• Clinic hours 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
