Urology Opportunity - Texas - Robotics Available - No Income Cap

Join an established urology practice with immediate patient demand, experienced support, and the flexibility to shape your practice around your interests. Whether you want to build a broad general urology practice or incorporate robotic surgery into your case mix, you'll have the support, technology, and flexibility to do both.

Practice Highlights

• Approximately 50/50 clinic and OR schedule with the ability to customize your template
• Typical clinic volumes of 20-25 patients per day, adjusted to accommodate your surgical schedule
• Manageable call with additional compensation for extra coverage and a rotation designed to become lighter as the team grows.
• Limited outreach commitment of approximately 2 days per month with dedicated staff support

Who We're Looking For

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Interest in practicing comprehensive general urology
• Robotic experience welcomed but not required
• Eligible for a Texas medical license
