About the Position

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Start: ASAP
End: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch
Openings: 1
Travel and Lodging: Limited

Position Overview

• Outpatient primary care coverage
• Family practice including pediatrics age 5 and up through geriatrics
• Chronic care focused
• Repeat client with potential for locum to permanent interest

Clinical Scope

• Primary care and chronic disease management
• No procedures required per order details
• Estimated 18 patients per day

Site Details

• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Support staff includes Medical Director, RN charge nurses, and an LPN assigned per provider
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 6 to 8 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner
• Active state license
• ALS
• BLS
• DEA
• CSR if required by state
• Board certification
• Minimum 3 years experience preferred

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

• Required credentialing documents as requested by the client team
