• 24-hour shifts
• 28-bed NICU with average daily census of 19
• Level III NICU facility
• Morning rounds with afternoon departure and evening call
• 2700 deliveries annually as sole delivery service in region
• 22+ weeks gestational age patient population
• Advanced capabilities including cooling and high frequency ventilation
