Setting: Outpatient Retail Clinic

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join a fast-paced, patient-focused primary care clinic environment. This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative care team while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

🔹 Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Primary Care / Family Medicine setting
• Patient-facing role in a retail clinic environment
• Collaborative clinical care team support
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness
• Mix of scheduled + walk-in patients

🕒 Schedule:

• Initial training: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Post-training: ~32.5 hours/week
• Every other weekend required
• Possible holiday rotations

🩺 Responsibilities:

• Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Routine exams and preventive care
• Chronic condition management
• Health counseling and patient education
• Basic clinic operations (documentation, follow-ups, etc.)

✅ Requirements:

• Active Physician Assistant license (State of Texas)
• NCCPA Board Certification
• BLS (AHA or ARC) required
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience preferred
• Strong communication and ability to work independently
