Urology Opportunity in Midland, Michigan

Step into an established urology practice where patient demand is already built in and volume is waiting. You'll have the opportunity to quickly grow a busy practice with strong clinical support, advanced surgical capabilities, and minimal local competition. This role offers the autonomy to shape your practice while maintaining a manageable call schedule and long-term earning potential.


Practice Overview

  • You'll join a small but busy team with 1 full-time and 1 part-time urologist, supported by 5-6 APPs & Physician Call Support 1:7
  • Walk into an established patient base with immediate procedural and clinic volume
  • Broad scope including general urology, stones, torsion, and inpatient/outpatient procedures
  • Access to robotic systems within a Level II trauma setting supporting a wide range of cases

Schedule

  • Manageable 1:7 call rotation with a 30-minute response expectation
  • APP support during weekdays to help reduce inpatient and clinical workload
  • Balanced mix of clinic, OR time, and hospital-based care
  • Flexibility to explore a Uro-Hospitalist model if aligned with your preferences

Compensation & Benefits

  • $700K base salary offering strong income stability in a high-demand market
  • $200K sign-on bonus structure
  • 200 hours of PTO plus $3,000 annual CME allowance
  • Full benefits including retirement plans and malpractice coverage with tail

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
  • Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
  • Comfortable with bread-and-butter urology and full-spectrum care
  • Visa sponsorship available
