• Role: Nurse Practitioner – Dermatology
• Location: Clifton Springs, NY (with occasional float to nearby clinic)
• Start Date: July 20, 2026
• Duration: 26 weeks (potential extension)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Setting: Outpatient Dermatology Clinic
• Coverage Type: Scheduled + No Call
• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: 1 clinical staff (LPN/RN/MA) per ~12 patients
