About the Position

💼 Role: Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
💰 Compensation: $140K – $180K (based on years of GI experience & credentials)

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans for GI conditions
• Provide care across outpatient clinics and hospital settings 🏥
• Coordinate pre- and post-procedure care for endoscopic procedures
• Collaborate closely with GI physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes 🤝
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using EMR systems 📑

🎯 What You Bring

• Active NP or PA license in New York State
• DEA certification
• 2–3+ years of gastroenterology experience
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient care approach
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care 💙

Preferred:

• Experience with IBD, liver disease, or GI motility disorders
• Hospital privileges (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus) 🌐
