💼 Role: Physician Assistant (Nephrology)
💰 Compensation: $135K – $155K + $5K Bonus
📍 Location: Hudson Valley, NY

💙 What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide outpatient nephrology care, managing conditions like chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders
• Perform inpatient consultations and hospital rounding 🏥
• Conduct daily dialysis rounds, supporting both acute and chronic patients
• Order and interpret labs and imaging to guide treatment decisions
• Collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary care teams 🤝
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle changes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation 📊
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

🎯 What You Bring

• Active New York State PA/NP license with national certification
• DEA license
• Minimum 2+ years of nephrology experience
• Strong knowledge of dialysis management and renal care
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities 🌐
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
• BLS/ACLS certification is a plus
