Family Medicine with Obstetrics in Northwest Nebraska

You'll step into a high-need Family Medicine with Obstetrics role where your work immediately impacts access to care for the region. This premier opportunity in Northwest Nebraska offers a true full-scope FMOB practice, a balanced schedule, and an exceptional financial foundation. Practice Overview

  • 25-bed critical access model and full-service support
  • Team includes an FMOB physician, clinic APP support (2 in place with another being added), and 1:1 nurse/MA support
  • OB volume averages ~40-60 births/year with a mix of SVD and C-sections depending on month and coverage
  • EMR: Meditech Expanse; broad in-house diagnostics including CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and 24/7 lab


Schedule

  • 4-day work week (40 hours)
  • Clinic volume target: ~18-20 patients/day


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $416K + Production
  • $50K sign-on bonus + $30K/year retention bonus for 3 years
  • Call pay: $175/day plus supervisory pay of $18,000 per APP per year
  • Fully covered malpractice/tail, PSLF-eligible site, 6+ weeks PTO (accrual-based), 1 week CME + $5,000 allowance, and full benefits (medical/dental/vision/life) with retirement match


Candidate Requirements

  • MD/DO required; Board Certified (Board Eligible considered for new graduates)
  • 2026 and 2027 graduates welcomed
  • Comfort with full-scope FM plus OB, including deliveries and C-sections (as aligned with your training/privileges)
  • Visa support available (H-1B and J-1)
