About the Position
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care for patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence, continuity of care, and long-term disease management.
The physician will independently evaluate and manage a diverse adult patient population, perform minor in-office procedures, and develop individualized treatment plans. The role emphasizes outpatient care with no inpatient responsibilities and includes participation in a shared call schedule.
This position is ideal for a physician who values clinical autonomy, teamwork, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement and program development in rheumatologic care.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible MD/DO in Rheumatology
- Minimum 2 years of Rheumatology clinical experience required
- Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain one
- Valid DEA license
- Strong experience in outpatient rheumatology practice
- Proficiency with EMR systems and strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
