Schedule:

• June 26: Mon to Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Typical schedule: Mon to Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sat 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) or as assigned

Openings: 1

Travel: Mileage reimbursement

Position Overview

• Provide pediatric dental care in an outpatient practice setting.
• Typical cases include cleanings, exams, restorative dentistry, and sealants.
• Patient population is ages 21 and under.
• Average volume is approximately 25 to 30 patients per day.

Practice Support

• Provider works solo.
• Support staff includes 4 dental assistants and 2 expanded function dental assistants.
• EMR: Dentrix (experience not required).

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington dental license.
• Medicaid credentialing preferred at presentation; will consider if applied prior to start.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

Credentialing and Onboarding

• Estimated onboarding time: 1 to 2 weeks.
