Location: Rockford, IL

About the Position

• Requirements: Board Certified, Active Illinois License, ACLS, BLS. 
• Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Night call (not every night). Some 24-hour weekend call coverage

• Busy, well-established vascular surgery practice with continued growth
• Must be comfortable working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Ability to perform both open and endovascular procedures is required
• Average census: 5–10 patients per day
• Approximately 6 outpatient elective procedures
• Strong support staff including 1 APP and nursing staff in clinic, plus
• 2 APPs assisting with rounding
