About the Position

Pediatric Dentist

Start: June 16, July 21, 28, 31, and August 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 28, 2026
End: PRN coverage
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch, Fridays 8:00am to 2:00pm
Openings: 1
Travel and Lodging: Mileage reimbursement

Position Overview

• Pediatric dentistry coverage in an outpatient practice
• Typical cases include cleanings, exams, restorative care, and sealants
• Patient population is ages 21 and under
• Average volume is 30 to 40 patients per day

Site Details

• Solo provider coverage
• Support staff includes 4 dental assistants and 2 expanded function dental assistants
• EMR: Dentrix, experience not required

Required Qualifications

• Active Idaho dental license
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Will consider a general dentist with 1 year of pediatric dentistry experience
• Medicaid credentialing preferred at presentation and acceptable if applied prior to start

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

• Credentialing timeline is typically 1 to 2 weeks
• Required credentialing documents as requested by the client team
